We will be providing transportation from Florence to Castello di Ristonchi. It is about a 40 minute drive to the property from Florence if you would prefer to arrange your own travel

Let the weekend commence! To kick off the festivities, meet us on the castle terrace for some sips and bites and introductions while we watch the sunset over the Tuscan mountains. BYOPizza party to follow!

7 - 11pm

Just how Matt and Lizzie’s love story began, we’ll be crafting our own pizzas and sipping on local wine! The pizza dinner will be a make your own style event -  top your pizza with fresh ingredients from the castle garden and cook it yourselves in the stone oven built right into the castle tower!

9-10:30am

Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water served on the terrace.

The Castle is on top of a mountain surrounded by olive groves and an ancient forest with over 20km of marked paths for walking and cycling. Feel free to go on an adventure!

11:00 - 2:00 pm

Sit by the pool and soak up the Tuscan sun before the wedding festivities kick off. If you’re ready for a dip, the pool is filled with fresh mountain spring water. The castle’s newest addition is a cold plunge and hot tub. This is where the groom will be.

Paninis and aperol spritz are on the menu!

3:30 - 4pm

Join us on the Fattoria Lawn for the ceremony. Pick a seat - not a side.

Dolce Vita cocktail attire is requested, see FAQ page for inspiration. We will be on grass for the remainder of the evening - so plan shoe-wear accordingly!

4 - 5:30pm

Join everyone on the terrace post-ceremony to indulge on a selection of fresh aperitivo and sip on Prosecco and local beer.

5:30 - 9pm

Sit down for a four-course family style Italian feast prepared fresh by the Castello Chef using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Food is our love language - so eat, relax, and be prepared to laugh together while we enjoy the Tuscan sun setting over the hills

9pm - 12am

Join us for drinks and dancing in the Castello's Rave Cave. Enjoy a four hour open bar extravaganza while we all celebrate together into the night!

10 - 11:30am

Join us on the terrace for a hot bunch with a delicious spread of local ingredients made with love.

1 - 2pm

Today is all about getting in that much needed R&R, please feel free to take the afternoon for yourself to recover or socialize by the pool. 

Lunch today is a Tuscan take on BBQ

6 - 8pm

It's our final night together and we'd love nothing more than for everyone to come together to learn how to make fresh pasta from the Castello's Master Chef and drink wine on the terrace for one final sunset together. Pasta and a variety buffet will be served

9 - 10am

Join us for a light breakfast on the terrace before you check out. Indulge in Fresh Bread with Local Jams and Honey, Cheese Boards, Yogurt, Muesli. Includes Coffee, Juice and Still Water.

11am check-out

We'll be providing a complimentary shuttle from the venue to Florence city center on departure day. You don’t have to go home but we do have to depart from the Castello
